Nowadays it is fundamental to be up to date with the latest technologies even if we don’t use them on a daily basis. Today, the search for the perfect aesthetic result demands a high level of commitment from the professional when the results achieved with the conventional techniques is not enough. With this technology we can produce different simulations of the final result and, if that’s the choice of the professional, include different structures like the face and particularly the lips. The 2D presentation can provide not only a better understanding of the treatment plan from the patient point of view as well as it can give a more accurate idea of that treatment plan to the professional. The Nemo DSD Software is a result of the union between two companies considered to be at the top in the latest technology, from aesthetic planning by DSD (Digital Smile Design) to surgical planning, the Nemotec. The SPI Research Centre, due to the know-how and extensive experience in the field that is recognized to it was selected to be the exclusive official partner in the North of Portugal of this technology, the Nemo DSD.
